blessed knight of the cult of bastet

Sacha Lelime Sulan is a disciple of the goddess Bastet, favored by the cat-queen for his unwavering devotion and loyalty even in the face of strife and division within her reborn church. Born in 1981 to two stalwart members of the Cult of Bastet, Sacha was raised into a belief outsiders most often considered 'batshit crazy', and he has encountered his crises of faith over the course of his life. At seventeen, he left both his home in Montreal and the church to seek out answers - but having tasted the supernatural since he first drew breath, he found he was unable to escape it. Two years later he returned to Bastet with a renewed devotion and fervor. In 2003, he knighted by the church, and shortly thereafter found the direct favor of the Goddess.

Aside from his mother, Anne-Marie Sulan, Sacha has little contact with his family. His father died when he was four years old, and his father-in-law - Jean-Basile Fleury - was never very close to him. Though he has two half-brothers, Luc-Aurele and Marc-Aurele, he has not spoken to either in several years.

Sacha's work for the church brings him to many corners of the world, but he is ostensibly based out of Tangiers, Morocco. He was most recently seen in Albany, New York, presumably on business for Bastet.

preternatural repertoire

  • "bastet's favor" the mark of bastet's favor grants sacha considerable physical advantages: his longevity, strength, quickness, reflexes, and spatial awareness are beyond the ken of mere humanity
  • "feline aspect" the goddess grants to sacha her sacred forms - he can assume the shape of any cat native to his present surroundings
