The darling, bright-eyed brother of fellow Hollow Commune member Leyla Melkonian. The son of Armenian immigrants. He was born in Seattle, Washington on January 16th. His parents were not rich by any stretch of the imagine upon coming to the United States; however through his father's unyielding devotion to the Cult of Hermes, the family quickly saw riches beyond belief. This lead Val to live a life of privilege and profligacy.

he lives in a world of people and new experiences. None can deny that he is lively and fun, and that he most certainly enjoys being the center of attention. He lives in the here-and-now, and relishes excitement and drama in his life. He finds himself in the role of the peacemaker frequently, due to his generally warm and observant nature—though he most certainly is not the best advice-giver. Because of his love of fun, he can be over-indulgent, and place more importance on immediate sensation and gratification. At times, he is rather self-centered. With a general acceptance of everyone; he is upbeat, enthusiastic, and generally treats everyone like a friend. However be mindful in crossing the young one, for his bite is a ferocious one!
